Cuddly Incoming!

Lulu is one of my favorite champions from LoL. She's just too cute and fun to play with. ♥
The title is her quote when she casts Whimsy on enemies and polymorphes them (in this case, into cupcakes).
I didn't like the final outcome of this drawing... I realized that the paper I used for painting wasn't really good, and that's why some colors look kind of odd.
